its very disappointing , very average, it looks and works nothing like the marketing video (ad) shown to sell the product. I read & followed instructions to the tee. It is slow & only works for a few minutes & then stops. A waste of time & money, in fact I'd like a refund thank you

Honestly I am not sure it does anything. The water doesn’t look any different after using it with apples. The water when I used it with carrots was slightly orange.

It seems to work.
I use filtered water so I don't get that chemical smell but I do get a slight foaming coming from the unit when it is on. I used it on fruit that was starting to go off and the foaming was quite intense so that told me that it was killing bacteria.

It’s important to get that satisfaction that fresh flavour and extraction of pesticides from my fruit & vege purchased. I noticed the plastic sealed salad contains more pesticide than the free range.

Never stop having a good charge on it. Every time I go to charge it the light just keeps on blinking it never turns solid. I reached out to the customer service team and they told me that they would send out a replacement but they didn’t so I’m doing the best of what I got. And don’t waste your money on the charger and the base you get one with your initial purchase.

It is certainly cleaning my veggies better. Even after washing them, thinking they are clean... my little macine removes more impurities. It makes me feel good that I am taking extra steps to keep my family and myself free from pesticides.

I want to say it cleans well, but when it’s done cleaning and you pull out the food from from wherever you were cleaning it from, the contaminants that you just cleaned is on top of the water and it goes right back on the food again that you just cleaned. I understand you have to clean it with water again. But other than that it’s a decent product.

This company is dodgy and unreliable keep clear is my advise.

It doesn’t work. I have used it for strawberries, lettuce, and mushrooms so far. There has been no bugs or anything in the water once it’s done. I feel like this product is a sham. I would appreciate it if I could get a refund, but I don’t know if that’s possible.

Not extremely impressed with this device. I have used on several different vegetables and fruits, I see nothing really in the water when it’s finished, I have not noticed anything different in smell or taste. All in all I could have saved my money and just hand wash my produce.

My expierance , actually I think it’s a scam . Any company that doesn’t value the correspondence of a customer has a problem . Scammers!!! Don't trust them!!! They stole $100 from me with a machine supposed to clean food and after 7 or 8 uses, the machine broke!!!
I could have gotten one similar on Amazon for $20!!!
In addition, I contacted them to return my machine and after showing them videos proving that my machine was defective, they never responded to me again!!! However I was still covered for the 3 month warranty!!!

I was skeptical initially but my curiosity got the better of me! Boy was I pleasantly surprised...I saw small white foam in the water around the store-bought strawberries after a few mins... not only that, but the berries n veggies do taste much better n last longer! Warmly recommend!!!
